Kibi is a platform and community built to connect you with the world’s best literature for young, global minds.

Our mission is to:

• Curate incredible books from authors and publishers across the globe.
• Connect teachers and librarians with these creators through events and forums.
• Create our own Kibi collection of books written especially for diverse, international readers, shaped by this community.

Every book we feature is chosen with four principles in mind, focusing specifically on middle grade readers (grades 5-8):

• Accessible, Not Simplified: We feature beautifully written, authentic books with accessible language—never abridged. Your students get the satisfaction of reading a real book.
• Genuinely Global: We connect you with international authors and publishers so your readers can discover engaging stories from their own regions and beyond.
• Inspiring & Curious: These are more than just stories. They are windows into new cultures that inspire curiosity and care for the world.
• Perfectly for the Middle: We specialize in the tough-to-find sweet spot for grades 5-8, making it our core focus.
